This Returns and Refunds Policy describes the conditions under which ONEROOF , publisher of the Senegalart.com website, accepts returns and refunds in accordance with our commercial obligations and our Privacy Policy.
By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the conditions detailed below.
🟢1. General Return Conditions
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return if:
- the item is damaged or defective;
- the item does not match the description;
- An error in the product or quantity delivered;
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
The items must be returned:
- in their original state,
- not used
- unwashed,
- with all original accessories and packaging.
Returns without packaging or incomplete items may be refused.
🟢2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- earrings, piercings and body jewelry,
- products customized to the customer's request.
- unique handcrafted products whose natural variations are not considered defects.
- Items damaged after receipt due to improper handling by the customer.

By stating:
- your name,
- your order number,
- the reason for the return,
- photos in case of a defective item.
Our customer service will respond within 48 hours (business days).
🟢4. Return costs
Depending on the case:
- Defective product or error on our part → 100% free return
- Change of mind / selection error → Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Return shipping costs are only refunded if we are at fault.
🟢5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- If the return is accepted → refund within 7 business days
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- The initial delivery charges are non-refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
🟢6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges when the product is available in stock.
If the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Personalized products, or products not eligible for returns, cannot be exchanged.
🟢7. Undelivered/Lost Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
No refund can be issued until the investigation is complete.
🟢8. Products on sale
Promotional or discounted items are eligible for returns only in case of defect or delivery error .
No returns for change of mind on sale items.
