These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the company ONEROOF and any customer placing an order on the website Senegalart.com .
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Senegal'Art is a store powered by Shopify , which provides the technical infrastructure.
🟢 2. Products
The products offered (crafts, works of art, accessories, decorative objects, etc.) are described accurately.
The photos are not contractual, especially for handcrafted products which may have slight natural variations.
🟢 3. Price
The costs :
- are shown in USD
- include applicable taxes (depending on your country)
- Delivery charges are not included (calculated at checkout).
Senegal'Art reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

To place an order, the customer must:
- Select products
- Provide the necessary information
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Make the payment
Order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature having the same value as a handwritten signature.
Senegal'Art may refuse an order in the following cases:
- incorrect information,
- suspicion of fraud
- or misuse of the service.

Accepted methods include:

- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard…)
- Local or mobile resources (depending on availability)
Transactions are secure.
Banking information never passes directly through Senegal'Art.

- Dakar (local delivery)
- Other regions of Senegal (carrier)
- International (DHL / international carrier)
The delivery times indicated at the time of ordering are estimates.
Senegal'Art cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
The customer must verify their delivery address before confirming the order.

You have 7 days from receipt of the product to request a return if:
- The item is damaged.
- The item does not match the description.
- A preparation error has been noted.
